refurbishment  of an old office building in to a flagship store JES, constructing project for restoration and  preliminary interior project

The neglected office space in the typical downtown Zagreb building in Gajeva street is under restoration and conversion into a flag ship store of brand JES. The new entrance is through the driveway, the open atrium is closed with glass roof. The new closed atrium is very narrow and gloomy space, and idea for overcoming that gloomy atmosphere is to coat the neighbour back wall into a reflective surface so it can reflect the beautiful lace of existing wooden facade. The inside of the building is cleaned of different partition walls and organized as a sequences of clearly defined spaces. The design is relaxed and youthful as well as the brand.
