The terrain is on the slope, narrow and surrounded with huge and clumsy houses, but with beautiful view towards wood across the backyard. The new project emphasizes the view and assures enough intimacy. The new house is thin, with just few openings on the sides, closed to the neighbours,  but with huge openings on the back, aiming to the wood. The upper flat and the under flat are separated with an empty storey, used as an open area of the house.
