The building plan is a combination of two shifted L shapes, connected with the main stairs. Such organization enables maximum use of space in terms of area allowed on this plot. The open stairs are in the middle of an atrium, so the entrances to the flats are from the open, which brings the natural ventilation into the service parts of the flats. The main rooms of the flats are always open toward the surroundings across the outer loggias, which provide enough intimacy to all the inner parts of the apartments.
