The three longitudinal buildings are placed on the triangular shaped terrain, with a slope on two sides. They are located in the way that their entrance parts form an entrance group on north side, while flats are open toward the slopes on the other sides, enjoying spectacular view on the city.
The shape and the position of the building on such an irregular terrain form the neat and rounded composition, while still remaining distant enough not to subtract the view from each other, as well as the south orientation. The colour and the materials used on the buildings try to blend them with the surroundings despite of their size, which is maybe a little too big, but dictated by urban rules and investor demand. The colour of the plaster is petroleum gray green, combined with the natural gray concrete and the dark brown wood.
